• KIIC performed a deep research, covering various fields under the navigation field, including: GNSS & GPS, Gyro, INS systems, on-chip localization tech, indoor navigation, cybersecurity (SW & HW) for navigation systems, and more

• InfiniDome was identified by KIIC team as the leading solution in the Israeli market for GNSS (satellite-based navigation) protection –offering patented and novel tech, strong and highly experienced team, strong focus on the defense market, impressive partners, and successful demonstrations in real-life scenarios. All the above created high business fit to our member’s brief

  • For Hanwha: Strategic investments (round leader) &partnership, alongside full access to unique expertise and in-kind knowledge in RF & GNSS protection, backed with years of research. The technology, which can be implemented in existing and new products, positions the member for future growth vs competitors with high quality and cost-effective solution vs costly and energy consuming existing solutions

  • For InfiniDome:: expand its offering to Asia and leverage the member’s expertise and network of clients

• The two sides agreed on: Strategic investment (KIIC’s member as the round’s leader) + partnership (implementation & joint R&D on new products) + future commercial agreement (including exclusivity)
   

• Deal was closed following 3 visits to Israel, which included deep technical DD, product demos, on-site tours (lab & production facility), advanced legal DD, and term sheet signing
